Ilana Cohn Sullivan was born in New York City and raised in New Jersey.  She is currently with Nickelodeon’s creative lab writing and directing original sketch comedy. She was also hired to develop and write an original pilot for Nickelodeon. Before that, she spent a couple years at Maker Studios writing and producing some of the most viewed internet shows.

She’s also done a bunch of acting and improv.  She is a graduate of The Groundlings program and  Improv Olympic West. She’s also studied at UCB and spent a lot of time performing at all of those theaters as well as many others.   A few career highlights include; selling her original animated series “4th Period Lunch” to Mondo Media, playing a bitchy cop in the film, “Detention” (with Josh Hutcherson), voicing Caroline from Real Housewives of New Jersey on Comedy Central’s “South Park,” winning a Webbie for her web series “Delores DiGagorio,” performing with Margaret Cho at Largo, and winning the Dirtiest Sketch show in LA at the UCB Theater with an original song, “Blumpkin Love” alongside Sam Child in their fake  country band “Rhinstone Sidesaddle.”

Ilana is currently shopping around her original animated show, “Dirtbags.” She’s also co-hosting a parenting podcast with Meghan Perry called “Yer Mama,” which you’ll be able to find soon!
